How do I edit the file?
Don't worry, it's super easy!

2. Open it with your PDF reader - you will see the areas of text you can edit:

- Due date MONTH/YEAR.
3. Simply type over the sample text on screen with your own due date information!
There is room to type in any month & 4 digit year for your due date. Longer custom text will not work. The font sizes and colors are embedded in the pdf, you do not need to download any other fonts or files. Only the two indicated text areas are editable. The fonts, background, and design elements are not editable. The highlighted editable text field areas will not show up when you print.
You may print immediately or save your customized pdf file to print later.
