What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on NON-CUSTOMIZED items in new condition (in their original packaging with any tags) within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition. Click Here for more details.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation with your USPS or UPS tracking number. If you would like to check on the status of your shipped order, visit usps.com or ups.com and enter your tracking number.

How do your sizes run? What is your printing process?

Since people both big and small come in all sizes and shapes, we strongly suggest that you view our size charts to make the best choice for your garment. When in doubt, feel free to give us a call at 773.772.2815.

We produce all of our in-house brand products using the latest printing technologies. Our products are printed on the highest quality items and materials.

When will I receive my online order?

Shipments will typically arrive at their destination within 4-8 business days after an order is placed.

We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
