PLEASE NOTE: REGARDING FACE MASKS ONLY: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on masks. Due to the nature of this product, and for health and safety reasons all masks are a final sale. This is stated on all face mask descriptions as well.



We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on non custom, unworn and unused items in their original packaging with tags (not altered or washed) and in new condition within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging in new condition. 

* Please note: Since we create all custom items just for you, all personalized items are a final sale.

That said, we also understand that things happen. You forget the spelling of your best friend's baby, your boss sent you a tee that is five sizes too small, you type crazy fast at midnight, etc.

So, if you or your gifter has made a mistake, here is how we can help:

You may re-order the same item for 50% off the retail price if you ordered or received a gift with:

  • A mispelled name - oops!
  • The wrong size

 Within 30 days: Within 30 days of the delivery date, we are happy to return your merchandise for a full credit to your original method of payment (less shipping costs and surcharges). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an error on our part, we will happily replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Note: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

Store credits: If you choose a Store Credit, it will be issued (less shipping costs and surcharges) and will be stored in your account until used. To use your store credit, log into your account, choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. You will be able to use your store credit as the payment method at checkout.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery date of your item(s).

Your new selection, if available, will be shipped to you by USPS free of charge, (unless your new items or ship to address incurs a surcharge) and will arrive within 5-8 business days from date of approval.

If you would like to return an item, simply login to your account, view your order using the Completed Orders link under the Manage My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) link on the right side of the screen. Complete the Return Form and submit the return request.
You will receive a Return Number via email once your return is approved.

Please note, we will not accept returns/exchanges without a Return Number. Also, we strongly recommend that you you send your packages by an insured parcel or courier as we are not responsible for lost packages.

* Note:
To speed up the process, clearly write the Return Number on the OUTSIDE of your package. Your Return Number will be provided to you in an email after completing the Return/Exchange form and your request is approved.
