A digital proof is included with every order at no additional charge.

Within 2 business days of receiving your artwork, we will send a proof through your provided email showing exactly how your hat(s) will print.

Production will not begin until your proof has been approved.

• Low-resolution images, screenshots, mockups, or product photos may not print clearly
• If using a JPG or PNG, your background should be white or transparent
• Fonts and text should be embedded or outlined before submission

Digital Proof

• Make sure to enter your preferred email - you will receive a digital proof of your hat within 2 business days.
• You must reply to this e-mail and approve the layout before production can begin on your items.

Print Production Time

• Production begins once you have approved the digital proof. Your hat(s) will be completed and ship within 3-5 business days after you have approved your design proof.
