Which file formats are acceptable?
- Please upload your ORIGINAL artwork, logo, or design - click here for file formats
- We legally are unable to print any graphic, photo, artwork or any other design or visual art that you do not own the rights for.
This includes sports team logos, popular characters from tv and movies, brand names, etc. - Let us know any requests or concerns you have regarding your artwork (placement, size, etc.)
Keep in mind you will receive a proof before your item is printed, so don't worry - there will be an opportunity to make any tweaks!) - Printed colors will vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Can I get a product sample?

- We digitally print your custom bags using environmentally-friendly water based inks. This printing process permanently dyes the design into fabric of the bags - it is not a screenprint or an appliqué. Our process results in a print that will not crack or peel, and that will remain soft & flexible for the lifetime of the bag.

- Your artwork will be centered on the bag unless you request otherwise
- Our eco-friendly process digitally dyes the fabric of your tote bags, resulting in a print that is fully integrated with the material. This is not a screenprint or applique - it is a PERMANENT dye print which will not rub off, crack, or peel. To achieve this soft hand and long-lasting result, no white ink is used. Anywhere that your artwork has white will turn the natural canvas color of the bag.

- PLEASE NOTE: Due to variations in each device's display settings & calibration, colors may sometimes appear different or less bright than what you see on your screen.

Artwork/Print Size Limit
- Maximum print size is 10" wide x 12" tall.
- Our design team will contact you if there are questions regarding your artwork.
Digital Proof
- Make sure to enter your preferred email - you will receive a digital proof of your bag within 2 business days.
- You must reply to this e-mail and approve the layout before production can begin on your items.
Print Production Time
- Production begins once you have approved the digital proof. Your bag(s) will be completed and ship within 3-5 business days after you have approved your design proof.
